Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large appliances, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a professional pickup; for small appliances, please use the provided prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
